In addition to ensuring your ad is the correct size, please make note of the following:
- For full-page designs, please add a 0.125” bleed on all sides. No bleeds on half and quarter-page designs.
- Color in CMYK; submissions in RGB will be converted to CMYK color mode.
- Graphic must be high resolution at 300 dpi or above.
- Fonts must be flattened, embedded, or outlined on PDF, EPS, and AI files.
- Please send as a PDF, TIFF, EPS, PNG, or AI file. JPEG files are not recommended.
Please keep in mind the content restrictions on page sponsorships to be compliant with IRS guidelines
Ads MAY include:
- Congratulatory remarks or supportive statements towards the SOM,
students, programs, scholars. - Company/organization mottos, logos, artworks and other identifiers.
- Photos of employees, board members.
Ads MAY NOT include
- Rates and/or list of services or fees
- Product placement
Please ensure that your artwork is received no later than Wednesday, September 2, 2026
Email all artwork and inquiries regarding program ads to Wendy Fierro at wendy.fierro@medsch.ucr.edu
Please indicate the following in the body text of your email:
- Name of person(s)/organization that the sponsorship is reserved under.
- Sponsorship page size (full page, half page, or quarter page).
Creating Your Ad
If you or your organization are unable to provide artwork for your sponsorship, we are able to create one for you.
Please email the following information to wendy.fierro@medsch.ucr.edu by Wednesday, September 2, 2026
- Your name and/or your organization’s name.
- Text and any visuals you want featured on your ad.
- Logo file (must be high resolution, preferably vector or with a transparent background).
